Our family have been very blessed by the photo shoot we experienced with David Innes, to honour our Mum and Dad on their cancer journeys. When time is short, it is invaluable to be able to create memories like these whilst one can. With all that was involved in enduring and caring for those with a terminal diagnosis, were it not for David offer, our family would not have prioritised or organised this photo shoot ourselves. David was sensitive to this fact and was willing to work around all the moving parts to bring it together. David knows his craft and chose a beautiful, peaceful, private location that helped us to feel relaxed as a family together. He managed to capture the natural interactions between us, and didn't place any sense of pressure on the event. As it happened, these photos were the only ones taken in the short window of time when both our parents were able to be together with all the children, spouses, and grandchildren. We were delighted with the final photos and all the moments David was able to catch. When selecting photos for memorial services and special photo frames, it is these photos that we return to over and over again. We are truly grateful to David for capturing this poignant chapter in our family's journey.
